I have always known the name young and gilling and assiciated it with an independant high quality company. I have a property which has been managed by this complany and I have to say the staff have been excellent.They are great to deal with and extreamly efficiant to.I have recommended many of my friends and famiky who have alo been delighted with the excelent service
Comments on Agent Fees
The fees were displayed in thier office, they were also explained to me. I beleive the fees are fair and appropriate to the work they carry out.

AVOID THIS LETTING AGENT!!! The office staff may be friendly, but they're not particularly helpful. If you have a maintenance issue don't expect it to be resolved any time soon! They use a bunch of cowboy builders who are unreliable and do terrible jobs of repairs. The builders rarely turn ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Use better more reliable and more professional contractors, act on maintenance issues more quickly, keep tenants informed of progress, and discuss with their landlords the issues raised by their tenants to make arrangements for works to be carried out rather than be fobbed off by the landlords\' cries of \"I can\'t afford to do this yet\".
