I had a viewing booked for a property three weeks ago, the agent did not show up and failed to contact me. I got to view this as the tenant was home and I knocked on the door expecting the agent to be in there. The tenant was not even aware of the viewing taking place. I had a viewing the next day which was then cancelled again throughout the day as the landlord changed his times which is understandable and they are not accountable for. I had then the viewing rearranged for the following day. I was outside of the property when the agent rang to cancel it as they could not get access. They would have know this all day and should have called hours in advance. This is extremely frustrating as I am so keen on the property but am definitely not so keen about Cameron King. The agents seem like they do not care about the customers and are only concern eves about an easy life I am shocked as to how unapologetic they even were about there continues mess ups. Would not recommend as they seem like time wasters and j have now spent money travelling to and from the properties for no good reason.
