Absolutely terrible It's like getting blood out of a stone getting these people to do repairs & when they do actually do it ( if you're lucky ) they'll send a cowboy who doesn't know what he's doing ! They asked us to lie to new tenants of the house we were moving out of! Be careful of this glossop company
