Cheap and nasty. We had a terrible experience with Home For You, who not only left construction waste outside the property for a large portion of our tenancy, but also failed to do anything but the bare minimum of maintenance to keep the building going. As tenants, we were treated poorly - and I can only assume that the landlord was unaware of the sad state that his building was being left in by this agent. We were also charged at the end of our tenancy for the poor condition of the flat, despite leaving it better than we found it - and assurances from the agent that they would be understanding. My advice: AVOID.

17 Jun 2015A property within the same building was having treatment for dry rot and that was the reason why waste materials were present for some of the time. The landlord visited the property during these extensive works on at least 6 occasions, along with surveyors and local council, who had no issues with our management of the building. The flats are extremely well maintained. The flat was left dirty when the tenants moved out and people often use this as an excuse to slate an agent, if they had simply left it as it was when they moved in they would not have been charged. We have an email from the tenant telling us how happy they were with our service and only had cause to complain when we charged them for cleaning, no surprise there! We always endeavour to work well with both landlords and tenants using our extensive experience and expertise.
