Just don't use this company! I was left for 19 days with no heating and hot water, after 3/4 visits from the plumber and on each occasion him saying he couldn't fix the boiler, we finally got a specialist out on day 8 of broken boiler in November!! They continued to send out Barry, there usual plumber who after the first visit stood firm that it was a specialist job that he couldn't do. After being messed about waiting on parts etc, It was eventually fixed and money refunded off rent for the 19days but it caused a huge problem with damp, my bed linen was soaked, my shoes/clothes/belonging damaged and walls damaged to which I complained and pointed out on countless occasions and during a recent inspection to which I was cheekily told you can buy stuff in b&m for that , this damp is well past a spray bottle clean up! I have also had issues with there professionalism, when I went into office to request a letter to rehome a rescue dog, there director was exceptionally cheeky about the breed I own and upset me greatly, to which I received a call later on to say my landlord was more than happy with the dogs and for me to get a 2nd one after my older dog passed away. A very unprofessional, inconsiderate and useless company!
