I am a local solicitor (and have been for over 30 years) and therefore have many dealings with professionals of all types, including many estate and lettings agents. I have 6 properties that I let through Sellers and I can say this: these people are as good at their job as anyone I have come across in any field of professional service. The complete package from arranging work to a property to put it into a lettable state, right through to taking any court action against tenants (although that has never happened in my tenancies, but I have seen some cases where they have been involved). I don't get bothered by any issues that arise, they just deal with them for me. Furthermore, I don't think I have ever had a void letting period with them in the 10 years that they have acted for me. Sounds too good to be true, I know, but every word is true, I can assure any reader.
