This agent is nothing but a big fraud! Beware and stay away!! There are plenty of good, honest and decent agents to choose from! I start out with a tenancy with was given with a 'rent guarantee' meaning I would receive less then asking price, because the rent would be paid regardless if the property was tenanted or not. Things weren't the best but were ok till Room Corner stopped paying altogether! To cut a long story short ; I ended up not recieving any money for about 11 months, Room Corner had disappeared, no call's, office closed down apparently, and the council tenant they had sitting in the flat. Upon trying to make contact with the tenant, typical council folk, decided to do a court case against me by saying I am trying to kick him out! Despite not paying anything for more than 8 months, when he discovered the same. When I could, I asked room corner to give notice on the property and I wanted it back, instead the idiots gave him a 6 month tenancy giving him the right to stay there for the 11 months despite not paying a penny towards rent, electricity, water, anything! I would never in a million years use these rough agents ever again, I've had nothing but issues for the last year because of these incompetent *. It's so bad I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. Upon discovery, I was being frauded, as the council, they were paying him £1080 and I signed up to recieving £700! This had been going on for some time. You have the choice of so many, make sure you never pick this agent. Pick a decent name, with a good reputation **
