Absolutely terrible customer service. Cannot get through to agents. I then got through to request a viewing get was told I would get a call back. I didn't get a call back, I then called again and was told they need to check diary and will call back. They didn't I then call back spoke to someone called Susan and was told she had already spoken to me twice today and me keep calling is stopping her from doing her job. I am her job!. Not sure why people choose and trust this agency, the worst by far.

Ricky is a good agent, he find me and my friends very good property to rent. Other agents said no u can't afford and did not understand as my English is not very good but he was very understanding and really helped me and 3 my friends to find place. Without doubt the most awful estate agents I have ever used. Poor communication and lack of pro activity and when it came to pick up the keys on completion they were so disorganised it wrecked our move completely increasing the stress and pressure.
