Don't care about tennants, very sneaky and hugely untrustworthy. We had a nice place but suffered with the rudeness of the owner. Would recommend to stay away from their properties

Strongly advise to stay well away from this outfit, both as a tenant and as a landlord. As a landlord they will invent and concoct "repairs" and then instruct their rip off contractors to charge excessive amounts without your knowledge or authorisation. eg they charged me £228 ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
