I expect if I was to swear in this post it wouldnt be allowed up. However, I am sure if anyone has viewed a property through Wilkin they might have an idea of what names I would like to call David Wilkin. I feel incredibly sorry for the secretary who works for him who was delightful and allowed us to view a property with her eventhough her shift had ended. We put an offer on the property in question. Having met us for all of 5 minutes and therefore knowing nothing about us, David Wilkin asked my husband if he was 'sure he could afford it'. Best of luck in the economic climate Wilkin&Co, you will need it.
What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have not been a tw@t.
