Appalling response from the team. They don't even care how the customer has to suffer due to their lack of incompetence and resolve. I have been behind the agency for 2 weeks just to have the tenancy agreement signed. As per their requirement, I have already paid GBP 500. Now that they have the money. They are playing with me and causing me such pain and stress. In the document that I have signed the Move in date is 20th June 2015. And their incompetence is causing me to arrange for an alternative stay because they are unable to get the agreement to be signed in time. And hence I have to bear all the expenses while I don't have a place to live from the 20th till they at their convenience get the agreement sorted. According to them a Move in date as per the agreement is not something they can honor. They will try and accommodate a day around the given Move in date. However, if the tenant causes a delay they take upper hand to make a decision either to have the tenant in the house or not and the initial money of GBP 500 will not be refunded. Such a blatant misuse how the agreement is interpreted in their favour. The most horrible and pitiful state of affairs. Atlantis*, if you are reading this, it is time to understand the needs of the customer when you are charging so much money, rather than have a team that is only causing more stress to your customers. I would like to describe Atlantis property with such grave words, but to even use such words to describe the actions of your team is not worth it.
I was charged GBP 500. For a service where Atlantis property does not care about their customer and their needs, they will work at their own pace and convenience.

4 Jul 2015After I moved into the house. The house is so filthy, the oven is so filthy. The kitchen cabinets are greasy and the water from all the taps in the house comes out with such little pressure. I have already complained about this and they have done nothing to fix, it is two weeks of living in the house. They have absolutely no courtesy in the way they respond. I asked them if they would live in a house with so many issues, and their response is I understand but we can do nothing but wait for the landlord to respond. Well, if Atlantis cannot get in touch with the landlord then they should give the tenant the details. Then I will make the effort to get in touch with the landlord. Finally I decided to clean the house by myself, and then when I told them it is not fair for me to have to come back from work and stay awake till late in the night to clean the apartment, their response was,"it is up to you how you manage your time". Such apathy and such greed for money. In this 5+ weeks of journey with Atlantis it has been the most painful journey and it still continues. Atlantis property agency don't deserve even a penny. They steal your hard earned money and do nothing for you. The people I have spoken to after moving in are Russel Pearce and Kimberly the property manager. I have tried to get in touch with Tina Watkin, but all plea only falling on deaf ears.
