Gave Alexander Green Assoc my flat on 8th May to market. They had come by earlier in April and done a valuation and decided to go with a price that they felt they could achieve. In the first week, we had not one person through the door. On checking in with them, they agreed that they had gone too bullish and now wanted to drop the price by over 10% - appauling service and research at their end. Then after brining the price down, James G went on holiday without informing me that he will be away. His team did not call us for 3 weeks to give any update. There was no movement on the letting for 4 weeks till I totally lost my cool and withdrew the contract with Alexander Green. The most appauling service from an agent that believes they are boutique and know the market around St Johns wood / Hampstead. NEVER USE THIS AGENT!
