Avoid!!!!!!!!! I rented with them from June 2012 until May 2015. Initially took the property with my ex husband who moved out in May 2013. This was never updated despite numerous calls and emails telling them the fact! At one point I received a letter saying I was in arrears as they had put the rent up without notifying me. The landlord himself said he didn't want it to increase but they did it anyway! We resolved the matter and they said they would send me a letter explaining their mistake and that I had never been in arrears. This letter never appeared! Having moved out I am now being told I'm in arrears of over 700 pound, despite me never missing a single payment. They are an absolute joke and I would advise people to stay well clear!!!!!!
