Avoid these agents at all costs I've never met anyone who's suppose to be a professional so Blantantly lie to my face the woman I was dealing with hasn't got any morals whatsoever, I put an offer on a house that was accepted, everything was going through with just 2/3 to settle when this agent rang me and said the seller can't sell she then told me she wasn't suppose to tell me why but mentioned the seller was in debt with at least 7 people and his hands were tied and that she's lost all her fees I've also lost solicitor and survey fees, she also said she wouldn't touch the seller again with a barge pole, so when less than week later to my surprise the house I was buying was back on the market with the same agent. So I would never go near these agents again

Avoid! Booked a viewing for rented propperty.
