I have been a landlord with Letters for a number of years using their Fully Managed Service. I am now regretting staying with them this long. Their administration is appalling. They have to be continually chased to respond to E mails. Their property inspections are of a very low standard as is their occupation and vacation procedures with tenants. I would not recommend them to anyone

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
