This so-called lettings agency are possibly the most untrustworthy unprofessional people I've ever had the misfortune to come across. 1. The Tenancy Agreement they asked me to sign was so out of date it didn't properly refer and explain the Tenancy Deposit Scheme 2. They refused to accept any works verbally agreed before we move in to be put into the agreement 3. The existing tenant does not have a schedule of condition 4. When asked if the work had been done to fix the problems they claimed it had been done, when it hadn't 5. They made various threats and accusations in an emotional way which they never backed up 6. Do NOT take a single word they say, get everything in writing 7. They have been taken to court in the past and fined by the ombudsman and refused to pay the fine 8. They are not members of any lettings agency body

Very Rude and Aggressive - Avoid this company They are liars and thieves. I called them to ask about a property I was interested in and was given the biggest load of bullshit over the phone. i asked about the all inclusive bills and was told otherwise. I paid a holding deposit and up until that point they were great. From the moment I paid their service dropped drastically.
