Had a 6 months long lease with Lambourne Carmody. My dealings were with Luke, I always found him to be professional and easily available. I only had one issue, with a particularly noisy fridge, but this was promptly replaced with no fuss made. An excellent and highly recommended letting agency.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees were market standard and seemed fair.

Lambourne Carmody were the agent acting for my purchase. Luke was more helpful and proactive than the agent selling my property and did more to progress the sale than my own agent or conveyancer. Very bad and untrustworthy, said they had viewings when there wasn't, my property was left empty for over three months. Found a tenant, then told me he pulled out and found else where.
