Truly awful. Rude and Arrogant. The agent was late arriving (so be it, no big deal), leaving me standing in the rain getting cold. Then he turns up and doesn't apologise for being late (which really really annoys me). Then there is someone else there to also look around at the same time - so we both say to the agent - oh, we think you have double booked us, no big deal but maybe would have been polite to have told us beforehand, to which he replies yeah, that's how it goes, you'll have to look around together because we are so busy and we represent the seller not you. That was enough for me and I walked off without seeing the house. What a rude rude man.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Property was not in good condition when we moved in, multiple repairs need doing which took many months. Flat had mold issues that was not solved for months and was not dealt with properly. I have dealt with Eurolet consistently over the last couple weeks. On each occasion I have felt patronised and ill-treated.
