This Saturday I was supposed to meet with one of your workers. I arrange a viewing with Karrie in the beggin of last week. She told me that I would meet with Chris as 12 on the Saturday. The day before I send her an email just to confirm the visit and she texted me back, so I went. I traveled for one hour, paid extra zone, and no one showed up. At the time, because I didn't had her phone number and no one at the agencie picked up the phone I emailed her again witch there was no replay until now. I'm sending you this email to tell you that this was unacceptable. I didn't went to see other houses and I waiste my only day that I can do that just to meet you and no one even bother to apologize. The team that you talked in this page either doesn't exists or its being poisoned by bad workers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
