Was due to move into new flat and was told a couple of days before that this wasn't happening as no one could review the property. ridiculous time to tell someone they cant move. Now have obviously handed in my notice to my previous landlord and we are stuck for a week or so. had to take more time off work to move. avoid company at all costs. couldn't get hold of staff to complain and find out what was happening. shambles.
What agent could do to change your mind?
not changing my move in date the day before due to their own time management errors.
