Truly a terrible experience with this company. After having a viewing with an agent who knew next to nothing about the property, we were advised to email with any questions we had. I emailed and received no reply so called and was told someone would get back to me, which didn't happen. After deciding we would just go ahead we tried to make the deposit over the phone but we're told we had to come in to the office and pay cash. We were unable to go that day so today I called up to let them know we were coming in to the office this evening to pay the deposit, only to receive an email this afternoon to say they had let it to someone else. If it wasn't for their incompetency and lack of communication we would have been able to get the property we wanted. However I now think this is probably for the ebay because of this is how they treat prospective customers I can't imagine how they treat their tenants.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more professional, prep your agents, communicate better and bepre organised.

arranged a viewing with them for a few days time, called to confirm in the morning and they said yes it was fine! they called back an HOUR before we go to view it and say they don't have the keys to the property!!! re-arrange it for a few days later and again a few hours before we are due to view ... the worst agency ever!!!! Boiler broke down and they left us without heating and hot water!!! I reported the problem at 9am, they said they will send someone, after 4pm nobody show up so we called them. Cancelled viewing appontments twice at very short notice (less than 1 hour) for two and then three properties at once.Cannot believe they could not give more notice or warning that the proprties might become unavailable. Made no attempt to offer further help. Waste of time and will avoid in ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Rearranged viewings after first cancellation - I had to ring them to rebook. 2) Given me warning that the houses might not be available if complications were arising - surely all three cannot have become unavailable suddenly within one hour of the viewing?? 3) Given as much notice as possible of actual cancellation of the appointments. 4) Offered help to find more suitable properties - seemed to take no interest at all. I am an investment buyer who already owns several properties - do they really not want my custom?.
