On first showing of the flat the agent didn't bring any details, pen,paper and no knowledge or little knowledge about the property. Said yes to having lease but omitted to say it was low. Talked as though they didn't care about the older person who was buying. When details arrived hardly any info at all. Won't sell or buy through them.
