This is the second time that we have sold a property via Hose Rhodes and on both occasions the staff have done an excellent job. We initially used the company to sell our flat in Madeira Road because of Jonathan who whilst never sold a property to us, he was certainly the most helpful and knowledgeable of all the agents who we looked through. Our most recent sale in St Catherine Street was agreed by Jeff whilst we were out of the county on holiday. We left written instructions explaining what offer would be acceptable to us and rather that take the easy option Jeff pushed the buyer and achieved a figure in excess which effectively covered the agents commission charges. Steve Martin progressed the sale right through to exchange of contracts in around 6 weeks. I spent nearly 30 years as an estate agent on the mainland and can honestly say that as a very demanding client, these guys ( and girls - Jackie ) just how hard these guys worked on my behalf to achieve the best price and in a timescale that suited me.
