I was in a particular situation, where one of the flatmates I was sharing a house managed by Northwood was using aggressive behaviour with the intent of throwing me out of the house. While not everything was handled perfectly by Northwood (they tried to stay out of the situation for too long), I have to say that all members of staff listened to my concerns about safety and they suggested another property where to move in. Ken was not only particularly helpful but managed to resolve the issue of my old accommodation's deposit that was being kept illegally by my flatmate. He was firm and managed to solve the situation.

Everything seemed fine until I'd actually signed the papers, noticed the walls were damp, a lot of electrical problems, the radiators hadn't been bled so the house waa freezing, I was told there was a bees nest and it's now above my daughters window, they didn't say there was no ariel on the...
