I went to view a property today and found the viewing officer (john) very helpful and put me at ease as this was my first viewing. The office staff were very friendly and informative and I look forward to moving into the property next week

The agent is not good at keeping the landlord informed, communication is poor and they do not return emails or send information as required in a timely manner. Their customer service leave a lot be desired. They are not helpful and I'm shocked that an estate agent does not work on a Saturday, ... Read Full Review

the accommodation agency 7 welford road leicester another rogue agent shortly after I moved in and signed contact in this hmo, all heating, hot water and boiler broke.
