We used Kelway Law after having no luck selling our house with another local agent. The experience with KL was much more positive. They gave us good advice on how to market our house including where to position it price wise. They got a steady stream of viewings going and although the sale wasn't quick, we did feel that it was only a matter of time. Once we had found a buyer Franco provided valuable information about how to proceed and helped out when we felt that the process was dragging a bit. The service we received from KL felt very much hands on and proactive, which is just what we needed. Definitely recommended.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
