A branch of unreliable, unprofessional people ready to go to extreme lengths in order to deceive individuals over the phone. Missing on a house because of the offer made is one think, but missing the house because of the state agent is fooling you is quite another. A complete waste of time and energy to deal with them. I have never experienced anything in customer service as wicked and substandard. The voice mail left to return the call, after chasing them for three days, was to inform that the offer was a good one- what the vendor wanted- but someone else got the house.
