I wanted to write a review of how utterly impressed and thankful I am for the service I've received from Laura Janes Estate agents and in particular David McCooke. On Friday night I got locked out of my flat when I left my keys at work. I arrived home at 10.30pm and had no way in! I didn't know what to do. I knew my estate agents was closed but called and emailed them anyway in a panic. I thought I was going to have to book into a hotel for the night and had no clothes for work the next day. Thankfully David had been checking his emails and within about 2 minutes called me on my mobile. He said he had a set of keys in the office and would pick them up and let me in as he only lived 20 minutes away. He insisted and 40 minutes later I was in my flat :) He even brought me a coffee from his office in case I was cold!! What a fantastic estate agent. I can't thank him enough.

They have just let a second property for me in Aldgate. I manage my own properties and have been dealing with local agents for the past 5 years. These guys are the best by far. The managers a good honest chap and called me every day for a catch up. Highly recommend this... Read Full Review
