I had a number of properties and i never got paid on time I had to chase every month to get paid no reviews were ever done and i always got fobbed off with excuse from Emily. I finally took my properties elsewhere after I dint get paid for three months. Don't trust them and would not recommend them to anyone.
What agent could do to change your mind?

ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. My sister has been living in a property for a while now with a number of problems. I have been hugely disappointed with this company. I had bought the flat and been informed by them( the managing agent) that the property was in a good state of repair. Late payments fobbed off when chasing the rent payment every month and overall bad management. Now I know why I didn't get paid. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be put in writing to info@plalettings.co.uk We will send a acknowledgment email within 24hrs and complaint will be fully responded to within 21 days. This will all be done in writing. If you are not satisfied with the outcome then the next step would be to go to The Property Ombudsman.
