Property condition and value for money were both to a good standard but it really was the rudeness and unprofessionalism that let Vi-Lets down. We only rented a property from this agent for six months but we found it very difficult. A lot of time was taken when issues needed to be resolved but this may be due to the small size of the business. In all of the 12 years of renting properties, we have never come across somebody who is so incompetent and unprofessional. We had many instances of emails and text messages that were sent in a frenzy treating us like children for issues that were the agents responsibility i.e. faulty electricity. Many small admin errors and forgetfulness on their part made the tenancy stressful and uncomfortable which is obviously not ideal for your living conditions. Would not recommend in the future.
Paid better attention and care when responding to emails. We believe that this would have helped improve the overall professionalism and politeness.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
