Very rude, did not let me finish, terminates a call when things are not clear. Doesn't give time to let me ask my questions. Let a phone call escalate while this was completely unnecessary.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Change his attitude as I never have any issues with anyone. First time this happens, and he is just the most frustrated person I have ever met. He could use some social training.
