we rented our over priced flat for 6 months and at the end of our tenancy we left a perfectly clean and well presented property. when the move out inventory was done by the 'bully' he was patronising and condescending towards me by making me get down on the floor and scrub a pea sized stain on the carpet which was so small I hadn't even noticed it. he then proceeded to tell me that if he tiny stain was still noticeable the next day on his inspection he would have to have a full carpet shampoo. I told the 'bully' that was ridiculous and he assured me it was unlikely but he needed to make me aware. he hen told me the oven was less than satisfactory which in part I was prepared to accept given that it wasn't absolutely perfect however it was listed on the move in inventory as being only 'partially clean' needless to say we ended up paying for both a full carpet shampoo and full professionall clean to the oven and as I was tricked in to signing a form that took away my right to question this I am unable to do anything. All this after we had taken the time to re decorate the bedroom and lounge, bringing them up to a condition much higher than the one they were in when we moved in which was FAR from perfect. they are running a shambles of a business and make money by conning people. I have been shouted at by the bully and had phone calls ignored. they are unprofessional, inept, rude and quite frankly shouldn't be allowed to trade. awful, keep well away.
