We recently completed on the purchase of a property in South East London and had a positive experience with this branch. It was quite a complex set up on the vendors side but things were handled smoothly and the staff were always available at the end of the phone and assisted in moving the purchase forward. Clive in particular was proactive, kept us informed of progress and dealt with the situation very well. We feel that if Clive had not acted in the positive ways he did, perhaps the sale would have not been pushed through.

What agent could do to change your mind?
they could have saved the deal or taken me seriously. they could have returned my calls and accepted that they gambled with my money. their staff could have been nicer to talk to and not so patronising and dissmissive. they could have acted faster and offered to repay my fees because they knew that they lost me the property.
