Thomas Chanell is a horrible agent. He owes me £1000 for a deposit that was meant to be held and never registered. He is set up in business here and no doubt keeping money from more people: PROPERTYBOMB LTD 145-157 ST JOHN STREET LONDON ENGLAND EC1V 4PW

In Dec 2011 I was looking for a 1-bed apartment in East London via Benjamin Caine. Danny Ryan was the member of staff from the letting team and after showing me one flat on the market, he asked me to place 500 pounds "refundable" deposit to "secure the offer"! It was my stupid ... Read Full Review

Beware of Thomas Paul Channell who is the director of the company. He has closed the office and has not paid rent owed to me and has taken the tenants deposit which he did not put in a tenancy deposit scheme. I have since found out that he has done this in the past SO PLEASE BE ... Read Full Review

The agent has closed the office on Thursday but I was meant to move into the flat on Saturday. I am now homeless and have no money for a new flat as they have taken my move in money. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
