I've bought and sold properties a couple of times and this was by far the most pleasant and easy experience. Settled really involved me, gave me feedback and kept me up to date with things but the main thing was - they let me do what I wanted to and didn't treat me like an idiot.
Comments on Agent Fees
No fees so cannot complain. I paid for what I wanted so I got photos for about £100 I think and they were great.
