Having taken a job overseas I decided to let my property rather than sell through Harding and Hall. The other quotations I had recieved for a similar service had been in some cases twice as expensive. The fears that I had about letting our family home quickly disappeared when the property was let to a professional couple the same week we moved out. I cant thank them enough for making our move overseas much less stressful by their excellent service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
