Agent arrived late, in old Jag, which dumped oil on my driveway (Photos available), not impressed! Must assume discount property sales are not lucrative. Overvalued property (Presumably to secure agency), but we insisted our home should be marketed for substantially less. (Which it was). Sent a `cash buyer' to view - every sellers dream. Turned out they had not one but two properties to sell. Challenged Tees Surveyors, only to be told where to go. An agent to engage at you peril!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have been competent. Guess you get what you pay for!
