I requested a viewing at a property, they said they had a few people interested and would call back when they had arranged access. Took my details and position-cash buyer. Didn't call back so I called the next day. They had access the next day but I couldn't attend as now too short notice I asked if I could be informed of future availability Told none arranged as they have 3 viewing they are expecting an offer.... Really!?! Firstly, surely the seller would want the best price from buyers in the best position, best way to do that to get more than one cash buyer to offer and get best prices I certainly wouldn't want them selling my property knowing they can't be bothered to make viewings to get as many people as possible bidding. I hope not to have to see a property with them again or call them... Telephone manor is terrible too!
