I am a Landlord of numerous properties, and recently found myself in the position of renting for myself (I am between homes). Contacted this company by phone as I was interested in renting one of their flats, I left a message with a female member of staff, was promised a call back, never happened. Emailed, no reply, and emailed again, no reply! Now as a landlord I want every lead followed up, and if they can't be bothered to call back a "Hot" lead, I'm not sure what they are up to. Even of the property I was interested in was let, surely a return call to see if anything else suited would be in order? So to sum up, if you are thinking of using this company to let your properties think again, also if you want to rent, don't expect decent service.
Call me back, or reply to emails. It is the very basic stuff they can\'t get right

26 Feb 2015Hi Craig, Furthermore i believe the property in question was rented very quickly and we were waiting on References coming back, however we apologize for any inconvenience caused but can confirm that our Landlord was completely happy that we rented the property within 48 Hours having had over 7 viewings! As we speak i'm hoping to get a testimonial as he / they too have a portfolio of properties to which we manage very successfully and professionally. He took fees which changed every month depending on how much of my rent money he felt like paying me - although most of the time I got no rent money at all until I hounded him for it. Totally unprofessional, arrogant and cheeky individual who has no right running a business as he hasnt a clue.
