I had been liaising with a young lady called Jess Ansell - she has been so polite, helpful and her knowledge belies her age. She is an absolute credit to your company - if only more staff in the customer service field were more like her. I feel she deserves a commendation - if not some recognition of outstanding service!

Overvalued to start with. Lack of communication. Not letting us know when people are interested. No communication between staff.
