Started off with a difference of opinion re photographs, happy once reasons explained why the ones shown were used. I didn't change decor or carpets as suggested ( the tenant likes the red bedroom one) Good communication from both ladies, I was kept informed of viewings undertaken. It took a little longer than expected to find a tenant, possibly due to the festive holiday. Advertised on Internet and in local paper, with positive result. Always welcomed in office with a coffee. Competitive rates would recommend and use this agent again
