Prospective buyer through Hastings. Made a very good offer. Offer accepted by vendor. Hastings still continued to bring other viewers around 3 days after property was bought by me (Subject to contract and marked as Sold on mainstream property websites) with the pretext that these viewing were pre-booked. Upon query Hastings advised me that I have nothing to worry I have the property as other people viewing are non-starters. Hastings call me a few days later stating vendor has sold to other party despite it being sold to me without even giving me an opportunity to counter offer. Highly unprofessional of Hastings from my own experience, others may have better experience from them and are in their right to perform their own opinion

I required a short term let initially at short notice. service, efficiency and trust was excellent. Flexibility and willingness to work out of hours was the norm. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
