Got off to a good start, had a few viewers, and after 6 months finally received an offer for our property. This is where the problems from Boultons began. After accepting the offer on our house, we had to wait 2 months for our buyer to get an appointment to get a mortgage, all along by Boultons we were told this was normal and that he would have no problem getting a mortgage as DARREN BEAUMONT had checked him and he was eligible. Only who it came to his appointment we were advised afterwards that he couldn't get a mortgage because he had a TEMPORARY JOB! Who knows what Darren Beaumont looks for when helping you get a mortgage but it seems he obviously didn't think that having a temp job would affect this at all, the fact that this man still has a job is worrying! On being advised this I was of course upset as in the meantime we had had an offer accepted on our dream house and of course would lose this now, my husband equally as upset called the branch calmly but straight to the point to ask what had happened and how they could lie so much when they revealed that they had know about this temp job for a while bit still reassured us we were ok to go house hunting and put an offer on a property. A few hours later we received a phone call back from JAYNE BUSFIELD shouting and swearing at my husband as he apparently upset a member of staff after enquiring why they had not told us the truth, the call only ended when he hung up. We spoke to the manager about Jaynes actions and we immediately removed the property from them with a promise that we would inform the directors of their actions. In conclusion if you like being lied to, shouted at and abused on the phone when they find out how incompetent they are, then this is the agent for you.
