Rob and the team at Philip James have been letting and managing my properties for the past couple of years. The are a pleasure to deal with. They never fail to let my property and I am always kept updated on all matters. My tenants have always been good and the rent has always been paid on time. Due to the stress free service I have got from Philip James I have decided to invest in more properties and I will be using Philip James for all my management needs. Well done guys, keep up the good work.
