I had really bad experience with N&L properties trying to get them to fix anything is a joke do not go near them I had dampness in all rooms broken doors windows mice and bugs I had to put up with that for 16 months until I had to give the flat up and go homeless . they charged £500 a month for that which I thought was out of order .I withheld my rent for a few moths and they still never done the repairs so when I left the flat the landlord took me to small claims court which I won the case so landlord has to pay me :). enter at your own risk
What agent could do to change your mind?
the agent could have took my complaint serious and carried out the repairs i would have payed the rent all would have been good .
