I can honestly say that MV Properties and especially Vera Semenova have been outrageously shocking with the way they have treated myself and house-mates. We are renting a property with them and from the beginning of the process MV properties have been so unprofessional words can not describe. Examples of the service they provide : 1. They took our deposit and arranged a move in date 2 days prior to us moving in they let us know we were unable to move into the property leaving us homeless with no compensation or remorse. 2. Constantly gave excuses and defended their shocking behaviour blaming their client (Landlord) for the problems. 3. We finally moved in to the property and i must say the state of the place was disgraceful. Vera who we dealt with did not even have the guts to meet us at the flat and left it to a consultant who had been working for them a couple of weeks and had no idea what he was doing. They signed the inventory off without one of us been present and without repairs been made to the property. 4. They are refusing to help us with the state of the property and to give you an example neither taps work and one shower did not work for a few weeks. They made us call the insurance company to fix the problem ourselves after telling us they will manage the property. I am currently brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink as that is the only sink that works. They are refusing to help and when they do it is so slow and unhelpful. 5. We only received 2 sets of keys there are 3 of us in the flat. I could honestly go on and on about how shocking Vera and MV properties are. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
They did nothing write the whole process and were happy to take their agency fee\'s then show no remorse and leave us with a house that was unfit to live in with no warning. After leaving us homeless at the beginning stage.

*STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They ** deduct monies after you move out claiming your property requires cleaning.
