Firstly an alleged cash buyer was introduced and didn't disclose the size of any chain which in turn broke down on numerous occasions we Agreed a moving date which they confirmed on four occasions !!! via telephone conversation apparently recorded !! until you request those recordings to be heard ! forcing myself to arrange removal and Cranes to removal certain items place into storage and move into rental accommodation !! And Awaiting payment of funds for 4 weeks later !! At which I lost patience and cancelled my sales Agreement . Having Later swapped the property later with a family member they sue for there commission based on a sale that never was !! To add insult I was also advised I could not use my preferred legal team as the other party had appointed there services !! AGAIN MORE LIES and they suggested I use Countrywide legal team to ease the process !!! Again a very poor outfit certainly not a reputable company AVOID ATALL COST'S
