With all the stress of moving, and dealing with numerous professionals who did somewhere between a terrible or passable job, Caretaker Estates were the exception, a constantly positive force in an other wise negative experience. Always kind and proactively helpful, professional without that false salesman veneer i have to associate with almost all others in the trade, with a genuine desire to help and resolve issues and provide a fantastic level of service. Thoroughily recommended and i do not say that lightly.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
