I put my property with butchers after being on the market for. 8 months, I was very impressed how they marketed my property. Every member of their staff that I spoke to, has always been very helpful. They are very good at chasing things up, incredibly professional. The photographs that were taken were excellent. My viewings came in thick and fast, the property was sold within six weeks. They were brilliant with negotiations. They all seem to be well informed, when I speak to them nothing is too much trouble.
Comments on Agent Fees
I feel I have got very good value for money. I used to think that agent fees were a waste of money, I am very pleased with the service which I feel has been well worth the fees
