AVOID AVOID AVOID. We thoroughly regret ever approaching this company. White goods and hut with all its contents removed from the property before tenants were in (without our permission). Thousands of pounds of our goods gone / stolen. new tenants knew nothing about it. Then withheld payments for over 6 months. Numerous calls. Unprofessional service. Finally paid for the rent but not for our stolen property. Over 100 calls made to the office to get our rent payments. Excuse after excuse - they took down wrong sort code, wrong account number, admin error etc etc. Finally got paid nearly 9 months after tenants moved in. Requested paperwork for tax return - still waiting! - they sent us somebody else's confidential paperwork! The most unprofessional property letting service. My advice is to avoid at all costs. This review doesn't even scratch the surface of the problems we had. Like something you would see on "watchdog". Manager / owner refused to even speak to us or acknowledge our numerous complaints - fobbed it off to his unprofessional staff.
They could have paid us and took responsibility for the stolen goods.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
